Spiced Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- Tomato ripe, cored and cut in half from side to side 1 kg
- Lebanese pepper mix (Basic) 30 grams
- Garlic, minced finely 150 grams
- Salt Taste
- Olive oil 150 grams
- White vinegar 2 tsp
- Mint leaves for garnish As needed
- Parsley leaves for garnish As needed
Directions
- 1. Mix to pepper with garlic and salt and olive oil and vinegar.
- 2. Marinate the tomatoes and finish with mint leaves and parsley leaves
