Ingredients

  • 4 Cups (900 ml) Basmati Rice, soaked for 30 minutes, drained
  • 1200 ml Chicken Stock
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 (about 2 Cups) Yellow Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 Green Chilies, chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Homemade Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt, or to taste
