Ingredients

  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, Regular or possibly Low Fat
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 lrg Apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 c. Granola
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, grated
  • 2 tsp Vital wheat gluten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, Regular or possibly Low Fat
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 2/3 c. Honey
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 1/2 lrg Apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 c. Granola
  • 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg, grated
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vital wheat gluten
  • 2 tsp Active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all remaining ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
