Spezzatino Di Vitello Con Piselli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 900 Gr. Carne Di Vitello
  • 500 Gr. Piselli Sgranati
  • 60 Gr. Burro
  • 1 Cipolla
  • 1 Bic. Vino Bianco Secco
  • Prezzemolo Tritato
  • Olio di oliva
  • Sale
  • Pepe

Directions

  1. In un tegame fate appassire la cipolla tagliata sottile nel burro e un pochino d'olio.
  2. Versate il vino e lasciate evaporare.
  3. Mettete la carne tagliata a cubetti, rosolatela a fuoco vivo, toglietela e fate insaporire i piselli.
  4. Appena pronti unite di nuovo la carne e portate a cottura aggiungendo se occorre mestoli di acqua bollente, salate, pepate.
  5. Cospargete di prezzemolo tritato e servite.
