Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ziti, uncooked
- 1/2 c. Onion, red, sliced
- 1/4 c. ,Water
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 x Chicken breast, boneless, skinned & cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp Chicken instant bouillon
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon leaves
- 1 c. Broccoli florets, fresh
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
- 1 c. Carrot curls
Directions
- Prepare ziti according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add in chicken, broccoli, carrot and onion; cook and stir over medium heat till broccoli is tender crisp. Add in water, salt, bouillon and tarragon; cook and stir till chicken is cooked through. Add in ziti and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Heat through. Serve immediately.
