Â Â Cereal, Special K, crushed
Â Â Cheese, Parmesan
Â Â Chicken cutlets

Directions

Mix 1 part mustard and to 2 parts miracle whip. In separate bowl mix crushed cereal with a little grated cheese.
Coat thin chicken cutlets with mustard mix then dredge in cereal mix. Saute/fry carefully in margarine till brown and fully cooked.
