Ingredients
- 4Â 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 c. Shortening
- 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Flour or possibly cornstarch
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 tsp Butter flavoring
- 1 tsp Almond
- 1 Tbsp. Meringue pwdr, (found at Gygi's)
Directions
- Beat all ingredients together for about 5 - 10 min. Use cake decorating colors instead of food coloring. This frosting is wonderful for use with cake decorating apparatus. It keeps its shape yet stays soft to eat for many hrs.
