Ingredients
- 2 c. raw rice
- 1 T oil
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 2 pound hamburger
- Salt and pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sm. jar Spanish olives
Directions
- Cook rice. Brown onions in oil. Brown meat and drain off fat. Add in all ingredients except olives and mix well. Top with olives and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
