Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (13 ounce) cans evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 T vanilla

Directions

  1. In the middle of the oven, put a pan with 1" of water. Turn the oven to 350 degrees. Put 2 cups sugar in a tube pan and caramelize over high heat on stove top. Mix the remainder of the ingredients in an electric blender. Put the fold in the tube pan. Place the tube pan in the pan with the hot water in the oven. Bake for 1 hour.Introduce a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done. Take it out of the oven and let cool. Cover and put in the refrigerator. When cold, flip upside down onto a plate, slice and serve.
