Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 tbsp. sweet green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. onion
- 1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
- Bouillon cubes/pwdr for flavor (chicken flavored)
Directions
- Heat sauce pot. Add in approximately 2 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil and 2 Tbsp. of butter. Brown meat (I do not brown meat first). Can double this part.
- Add in one large can tomato puree and 1 small can tomato paste. Fill each can with water and add in to pot. Add in seasonings:
