Ingredients
- 1 pound good grnd beef
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Romano cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix meat ball ingredients and form into meatballs, 10 or possibly 12. Brown meat balls and set aside.
- Put oil in saucepan, brown 1 clove garlic. (Take out after browning if you wish.) Put meatballs into saucepan now and lower heat and let simmer all together for about 2 hrs. Serve over any pasta of your choice, follow pasta cooking directions on package for pasta.
