- 5 cloves garlic, lightly browned in oil (cut up)
- 3 thick pork chops, lightly browned in oil
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 lg. cans of water
Directions
- Add in black pepper and warm pepper to taste. Cook on low 2 to 3 hrs.
