Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef or possibly antelope sausage
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic sliced in two
- 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce.) and 3 cans water
- 1 can tomato puree (10 ounce.)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Bit of parsley
Directions
- Mix all spices in mortar and pestal. Simmer grnd beef or possibly antelope sausage and drain most of fat. Add in onions. Add in rest of ingredients and spices. Simmer till mix cooks down and gets thick. All day but worth it. To make thinner or possibly thicker adjust the 3 cans of water to 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 or possibly whatever pleases you.
