Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 pound bacon, cut-up
- 1 c. cheese (Parmesan or possibly Romano), grated (4 ounce.)
- 1/4 c. parsley, snipped
- Freshly grnd pepper
- 12 ounce. warm cooked spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine or possibly other pasta
Directions
- Let Large eggs, cream and butter stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hrs. In skillet, cook bacon till brown. Remove and drain on paper toweling. Beat together Large eggs and cream just till blended. Toss pasta with butter. Pour egg mix over and toss till pasta is well coated. Add in bacon, Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese and parsley; toss to mix. Season to taste with pepper. Serve immediately. Makes 4 main dish or possibly 8 side dish servings.
