  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 3-4 large green & orange bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans Mexican style diced tomatoes
  • 2 c frozen sweet corn
  • 1 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 pkt Carroll Shelby's Chili mix

Directions

  1. Brown the turkey in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients (except mesa flour from chili packet), and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add mesa flour, and simmer 30 minutes.
