Ingredients
- 6 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
- 1 tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
Directions
- Salt and pepper chops. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally. Serves 3.
