South Carolina Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. shell macaroni
  • 1 pound sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (2 ounce.) jar diced pimentos, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers

Directions

  1. Mix 2 cans condensed Cream of Mushroom soup. Cook macaroni and drain well. Mix with other ingredients. Put in large buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
