Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown rice flour
  • 1 1/2 c. white rice flour
  • 1/2 c. soy flour
  • 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 3/4 c. sourdough starter
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, except for gelatin. Add in to machine. Dissolve 1 package of gelatin in 1 c. of hot water. Combine with remaining 3/4 c. water and mix with other wet ingredients. Add in to machine.
