Ingredients
- 2/3 c. of water
- 1/2 c. of softened butter (1 stick)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- yellow cake mix
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.In a mixing bowl, put together cake mix and add in 2/3 cups of water. Add in softened butter and three large eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream, mixing till large lumps disappear.
- Bake in oven for 30 min, check on the cake from time to time to prevent overcooking.
