  • 2/3 c. of water
  • 1/2 c. of softened butter (1 stick)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • yellow cake mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.In a mixing bowl, put together cake mix and add in 2/3 cups of water. Add in softened butter and three large eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  2. Stir in lowfat sour cream, mixing till large lumps disappear.
  3. Bake in oven for 30 min, check on the cake from time to time to prevent overcooking.
