Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. Campbell's or possibly Lipton vegetable soup mix (1.8 ounce.)
- Potato chips
- Snack crackers
- Pretzels
- Broccoli florets
- Cauliflower florets
- Celery sticks
Directions
- Pour lowfat sour cream into medium sized dish or possibly bowl. Mix dry vegetable soup mix and blend well. Let stand at least 4 hrs before serving, although, it is best when refrigerated overnight. Serve with the snacks and vegetables.
