Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cans (sm.) tomato sauce
- 1 grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. pkg. noodles
- 1 1/2 lbs. grated cheese
Directions
- Brown beef, drain. Add in garlic, tomato sauce, salt, brown sugar, simmer 20 min. Blend cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and onions. Cook noodles, according to package directions and drain. Layer beef mix, cream cheese mix and noodles. Repeat layers. Top with grated cheese.
