Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lg. c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix sugar, Large eggs, and lowfat sour cream. Add in dry ingredients. Mix well; add in raisins and nuts. Put in cupcake tins (with liners) and bake about 25 min in 350 degree oven.
