Ingredients
- 1 lb Cream cheese
- 1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 x Cucumber, unpeeled, grated
- 1 sm Onion grated
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add in lowfat sour cream to softened cream cheese and beat together. Add in cucumber and onion and salt and pepper to taste. This should be used as a dip for potato chips served with cocktails. For variations, one can add in finely minced sardines and use for a spread on dark rye or possibly cocktail wafers.
