Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Brown sugar packed
  • 2 lrg Large eggs beaten
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 c. Oats rolled (raw)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and vanilla; beat well. Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add in alternately with oats, nuts and raisins. Beat till smooth. Drop by tsp. on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 min or possibly till cookies are lightly browned and hard to the touch. Cold on wire rack.
