Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 8 ounce. can yellow cream style corn
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. corn oil
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients. Pour into well-greased iron skillet. (Skillet should be warm.) Cook at 425 degrees for 30 min or possibly till slightly brown.
