Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can blueberries (liquid removed) or possibly 1 box fresh blueberries
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Mix all ingredients but cream. Add in which last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min then 350 degrees till set about 35 to 45 min.
