Souper Bowl Round Up Recipe

Ingredients

  • Purchase one can of chicken noodle soup
  • Pour contents of can into microwave safe bowl
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can seasoned black beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil and oregano
  • 2 cups (3oz) whole wheat egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley leaves

  • 4 (6-ounce) red potatoes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups 1% milk, divided ( I used skim)
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 turkey bacon slices, halved
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tsp thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 8 ounces ground pork
  • 12 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 pound curly endive, coarsely chopped (1 pound of escarole would be a good substitution)
