  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 stick plus 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon Vanilla Sorghum
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • sanding sugar
