Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly applesauce
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. oatmeal
Directions
- Mix ingredients; spoon 2 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees. Plump raisins by soaking in boiling water before putting into mix.
