Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. nuts
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 c. flour
Directions
- Cook raisins in 1 c. water. Cold. Cream sugar with shortening. Add in Large eggs; beat well. Add in raisin mix and other ingredients. Drop by tsp. on cookie sheets. Bake about 10 min in 350 degree oven. Don't overbake.
