    Is this diabetic friendly? I'm making cookies for a nursing home and most of the residents are diabetic. My grandma suggested cutting the amount of sugar needed in half but i'm afraid that would ruin the cookie.

      Jessica, I'm no expert, but I would say no, they're not diabetic friendly and cutting the sugar would definitely affect their flavour. Sorry!
