Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco tequila
- .5 oz Campari
- .5 oz Lime juice
- .5 oz Passion fruit puree (unsweetened)
- .5 oz Vanilla Bean-Infused Agave Syrup
- .5 oz Egg white
- 2 oz Cream soda
- Garnish: Lime zest
- Glass: Collins
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except the cream soda to a shaker. Shake without ice to incorporate the egg white. Fill with ice and shake again, vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the cream soda and garnish with lime zest.
- *VANILLA BEAN-INFUSED AGAVE SYRUP
- INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz Raw agave nectar
- 4 oz Water
- 1 Vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
- PREPARATION:
- Stir together the agave nectar and water until fully combined. Add the vanilla bean and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
