Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk (or possibly skim lowfat milk for chewiness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 stack pack soda crackers, crushed finely
Directions
- Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Then add in peanut butter and stir till melted. Remove from heat and add in soda crackers. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoonful. Cold.
