Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden brown Cake Mix
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 Large eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl blend together the cake mix, lowfat sour cream, oil, sugar, water, and Large eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 min. Pour 2/3 of the batter in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter proportionately over filling mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 min, till cake springs back when touched lightly. Cold right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
