• 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin, softened in 1 tbsp. water
• 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (small) crushed pineapple, liquid removed.
• 1 x Carrots, grated, (up to 2)
• 1 x Apple, minced
• 1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped
