Ingredients
- 4 pound potatoes (12 med.)
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) softened cream cheese
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 clove chopped garlic (optional)
- 1/4 c. minced chives (if you like)
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water till tender. Drain, mash in large bowl with electric mixer. Add in cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic and chives. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika, dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 min or possibly till lightly golden brown and heated through.
