Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe

  • 1 precooked Louis Rich hickory smoke turkey breast, cubed
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes (red or possibly green)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 3/4 pound Jarlsburg cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. cashews
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Cube turkey and cheese. Cut grapes in half. Toss turkey, cheese, grapes, and cashews together. Mix remainder of ingredients till well blended. Pour over salad and coat well. Line a platter or possibly bowl with ruffled lettuce and mound salad on top. Serve with garlic bread or possibly bread sticks and salad greens or possibly raw vegetables. Elegant but easy.
