Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 ounce.) can salmon
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigeratewell. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley flakes. May be made ahead of time and frzn. Spread on crackers or possibly bread.
