Ingredients

  •     Brinkman or possibly similar smoker
  •     Charcoal pan full
  •     Water pan full
  • 6 lb country-style ribs
  • 1 c. Black Jack BBQ sauce (see entry)
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. apple cider

Directions

  1. Combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, and apple cider. Cut ribs apart and marinate in mix several hrs. Use double gallon zip-lock bags. Arrange on grill in smoker and cook 3-4 hrs or possibly till tender.
