Ingredients
- 5 med. pork chops
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. hickory smoked salt
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Mix garlic, salt, paprika and oil. Rub on pork chops; cover in pan and set in refrigerator for two hrs. Broil, turning once or possibly twice till done.
