Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef meat
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 4 carrots, scraped and cut in bite sizes
- 2 ribs celery, cut into bite size pcs
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into bites
- 1 (28 ounce.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 1/2 c. coffee, perked or possibly instant
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
Directions
- Brown beef cubes in pot on range. Transfer beef cubes to slow cooker. Add in remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cover and cook on slow for 8 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
