  • 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef meat
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 4 carrots, scraped and cut in bite sizes
  • 2 ribs celery, cut into bite size pcs
  • 4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into bites
  • 1 (28 ounce.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 1/2 c. coffee, perked or possibly instant
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca

Directions

  1. Brown beef cubes in pot on range. Transfer beef cubes to slow cooker. Add in remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cover and cook on slow for 8 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
