Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rice
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup raisens
- zest of one orange
Directions
- Grease a small slow cooker
- Put all ingredients ( except the butter ) in cooker
- Mix well
- Pour butter over the top of mixture
- Cover & cook on High for 4 hours..
- Opt; cranraisens, chopped dried apricotes, cherries, nutmeg.
