A lovely smooth , moist pudding. Soooo good!
Very quick to put together.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup short grain rice
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup raisens
- zest of one orange
Directions
- Grease a small slow cooker
- Put all ingredients except the butter
- Mix well
- Pour the butter over the top
- Cover & cook on high for 4 hours.
- Note; can put in; chopped dried apricots, cherries
- cranraisens & nutmeg...anything you like!
