- 1/3 cup (3oz, 90ml) red wine vinegar – or cider
- 1/3 cup (3oz, 90ml) beef stock
- 1/3 cup (3oz, 90ml) apple juice
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs olive oil
