Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1st 6 ingredients.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. Shape into round loaf.
  4. Place in 5 quart slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and worcestershire.
  7. Spoon over meat loaf.
  8. Cook 15 minutes longer.
  9. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting
