Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounce dry onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 2 lb cubed beef
  • 12 ounce beer

Directions

  1. Combine all but beer in slow cooker. Toss till meat is well coated with ingredients. Pour beer over meat and stir. Place lid on cooker and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hrs.
  2. Remove bay leaf. Serve over noodles, rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
