Slow Cooked Taco Stew Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces 93/7 lean ground beef, cooked
  • 1 can (15 ounce) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup canned corn
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 package of your favorite taco seasoning
  • Combine all the ingredients into your slow cooker
  • Set to high for 4 hours or if you prefer you can set to low for 8 hours
  • Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • 9 pp per serving (includes 2 Tablespoons of Greek yogurt)
  • add extra pp depending on how much cheese you decide to add.
  • 1 ounce of low-fat shredded Mexican cheese is 1 PP
