  • 1 can lowfat cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 ounce)
  •     undiluted
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 dsh cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  •     cut into cubes
  • 1 x rib celery minced
  • 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 pkt frzn peas (10 ounce) thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. diced pimientos liquid removed
  •     warm cooked rice

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine soup, flour, pepper, cayenne till smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper and onion. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till meat juices run clear. Stir in peas, and pimientos. Cook 30 min longer or possibly till heated through. Serve over rice.
