My kids love pizza but as a busy mother I prefer quick and easy food preparation. I made this recipe many years back. Everyone in the family is enjoying my pizzas for more than a decade now.
It's so yummy up to the last bite...
Ingredients
- 10 sliced bread
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
- hot sauce
- 2 green capsicums, finely chopped
- 2 eggs omelet, minced
- salt, black pepper
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl. Mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly on sliced bread.
- Sprinkle hot sauce, capsicums and eggs.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
