Ingredients
- Â Â miracle sauce
- 1/3 c. miracle whip light dressing
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. 1% lowfat milk
- 1 c. kraft light 100% parmesan
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 2 x garlic cloves - chopped
- Â Â fettuccine noodles
Directions
- To make Miracle Sauce: Mix salad dressing and flour, gently whisk in lowfat milk till smooth. Cook in microwave on high for 3-4 minutes (stirring once during cooking) or possibly on medium heat on stove (stirring continually) till sauce is thick.
- Makes 1 1/2cups.
- Prepare sauce as above. Stir in Parmesan, parsley, wine and garlic. Serve sauce over noodles.
